Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
Answer incoming calls and provide attentive support to clients and candidates
Conduct data entry tasks with precision and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities
Support full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Utilize e-recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
Research and analyze market trends to provide insights into hiring practices and salary benchmarks
Coordinate and assist with interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
Act as a candidate advocate, promoting their skills and qualifications to potential employers
Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation and salary negotiation
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing the front desk operations

Required

Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in HR or recruitment

Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights into hiring trends
Excellent interpersonal skills to advocate for candidates and liaise with hiring teams
Experience in receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations
