Responsibilities
Own company positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narrative
Build and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and partnerships
Create content including one-pagers, case studies, website copy, and thought leadership
Manage inbound and outbound lead generation programs
Track performance, analyze results, and optimize continuously
Build and maintain pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral
Create outbound frameworks, sequences, and follow-up templates
Support founder-led sales with materials, deal prep, and post-meeting follow-ups
Help implement and manage CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Improve conversion from interest to closed revenue
Identify and source potential partners including MSPs, PE firms, VCs, and technology vendors
Build partner onboarding and enablement materials
Support co-marketing and joint go-to-market efforts
Track partner-sourced pipeline and performance
Maintain ongoing partner communication and follow-up cadence
Define KPIs and success metrics
Own the marketing and sales tech stack
Build repeatable and scalable processes
Test, learn, and iterate quickly as the company grows
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or revenue enablement
Experience in professional services, consulting, or complex B2B sales strongly preferred
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Comfortable operating in early-stage or ambiguous environments
Self-starter who can operate independently
Strong understanding of sales motions and buyer psychology
Preferred
Experience with cybersecurity, IT, or technical services is a plus but not required
