Responsibilities
Accurately updates information on computer to maintain inventory records
Represent the FEI organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed
Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs
Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations
May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations
Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment
Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures
Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations
Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse
Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures
Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management
Qualification
Preferred
1-2 years warehouse quality assurance experience preferred
Plumbing industry experience a plus
Forklift/order picker experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
