Responsibilities

Identify candidates by leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future placements
Partner with our Account Executives and clients to thoroughly understand the job requirements
Match top candidates with job openings based on skills, experience, and client expectations
Present shortlisted candidates
Coordinate interview processes
Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process from application to onboarding and quality checks during the assignment
Extend job offers and ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates
Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system

Required

5+ years of experience in the staffing industry
experience or strong familiarity with manufacturing, high-tech, construction, mobility, energy or a similar industry
track record of at least 2-3 monthly placements
experience with negotiating pay rates with candidates
relevant local network of candidates that fit with YER HR Solutions' network of clients
thrive in a fast-paced environment with qualitative and quantitative goals
skilled in using applicant tracking platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
professional and creative in engaging candidates and generating excitement about client opportunities
negotiation skills to create win-win-win situations for the candidates, clients, and YER
ability to sniff out dealbreakers and pitfalls that could prevent a placement
able to work in a hybrid environment – at least 1 day per week in-office after a successful training phase

Straightforward monthly & quarterly uncapped commissions on top of base salary
