Ensuring compliance with architectural and LEED standards
Maintaining project timelines and budgets
Effective communication and collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Project Coordination, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Submittals and Construction Drawings
Knowledge of Architecture and related principles, particularly in glazing and aluminum storefront systems
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable building practices
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven track record of managing construction or glazing projects is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate construction teams on-site
Comprehensive experience in glazing, aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, and window installations
Thorough knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures
Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and balancing multiple responsibilities effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced construction environments
Strong communication and organizational skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Experience with construction project management tools is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
