Senior Director Business Development

The Director of Business Development role focuses on driving growth across government and public sector customers, particularly within the US Government, by building relationships and advancing complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities
Building and expanding relationships across USG customers, including DoD, Intelligence Community, DHS, and federal civilian agencies
Owning and advancing complex, consultative sales cycles, from early engagement and pilots through contract award
Translating intelligence, risk, and analytics capabilities into clear mission and operational value for government stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience selling analytics, intelligence, or SaaS solutions into defense, national security, homeland security, or federal civilian agencies
Experience building and expanding relationships across USG customers, including DoD, Intelligence Community, DHS, and federal civilian agencies
Ability to own and advance complex, consultative sales cycles, from early engagement and pilots through contract award
Skill in translating intelligence, risk, and analytics capabilities into clear mission and operational value for government stakeholders
Experience selling insight-led platforms rather than hardware
Comfort engaging both analysts and senior decision-makers
Understanding of how US Government organizations procure and adopt modern software solutions
