Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating virtual and in‑person interviews
Communicate interview details, confirmations, and updates to candidates and hiring managers
Ensure all new‑hire paperwork, including background checks and required documents, is completed accurately and on time
Prepare and send offer letters, welcome packets, and pre‑boarding materials
Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentation
Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and open interviews
Support general HR tasks and any additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of proven experience supporting HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, file documentation, and coordination
Experience working with HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Experience managing high‑volume workloads with strong attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to build trust with employees at all levels
Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
Consistently maintains professionalism and confidentiality
Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and accuracy
