Responsibilities
Design and implement identity data integration solutions using Radiant Logic (RadiantOne Identity Data Platform)
Build and manage identity analytics, correlation, and normalization across multiple identity sources
Integrate Radiant Logic with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping, ForgeRock , or similar
Develop and manage LDAP directories, virtual directories, and identity views
Support identity governance, access analytics, and reporting use cases
Collaborate with IAM, security, and application teams to define identity data requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve identity data, performance, and integration issues
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Radiant Logic / RadiantOne
Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and directory services
Experience with identity data modeling, correlation, and transformation
Working knowledge of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Experience with SQL, scripting (Java, Groovy, Shell, or Python)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
