Responsibilities
Complete all customer documentation accurately
Efficiently discuss pricing and terms in rental agreement with customers
Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, at the counter, process customer payments, and handle customer complaints professionally
Solicit new business by following company solicitation program
Learn features and benefits of new product
Maintain clean, safe, and attractive sales floor with product accurately priced
Post and schedule content on social media
Respond to messages, comments, and questions from potential customers
Follow up with online leads by phone, CRM, email, and Facebook Messenger
Enter and update customer information in the system
Track basic results like clicks, messages, conversion rates and leads
Work with the sales team to help turn leads into appointments or sales
Help improve ads and messages based on what works best
Assist with general store tasks when needed
