Responsibilities
Leverage AI tools to Conduct Cold outreach to build pipeline leads
Convert warm inbound leads through discovery calls and demos
Engage decision-makers, founders, and ops leaders
Understand their people strategy pain points and position Execucom as the solution
Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM Software (training provided)
Provide real-time feedback to the team to improve our sales flow
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-moving environment
Ability to solve problems with creative thinking
Comfortable being on camera and building trust quickly
Preferred
Experience in Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition, Consulting or B2B sales
Background or key interest in Leadership, People Psychology and human behavior
Experience in Enterprise Consulting Sales, SaaS Sales, HR Technology solutions, or working with startups and SMB's under 100 employees
