Responsibilities
Architect scalable data platforms in Palantir Foundry
Design workflows and pipelines for real-time and batch ingestion
Support data ingestion from SCADA, AMI, GIS, and ERP systems
Ensure compliance with NERC, FERC, and state regulatory standards
Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data into Foundry
Develop custom applications and workflows using Foundry APIs and frameworks
Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
Collaborate with engineering teams for solution delivery
Establish data governance standards and access controls
Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA , and internal compliance policies
Implement security best practices across data platforms
Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and operations teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Monitor and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and reliability
Troubleshoot data quality, latency, and performance issues
Optimize pipelines for high-volume sensor data and IoT streams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Palantir Foundry architecture and development
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and distributed systems
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with Foundry-specific frameworks
10+ years in data architecture or related roles
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Experience with data governance frameworks
Knowledge of security best practices
Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data science integration in Foundry
Palantir Foundry or relevant cloud certifications
