Responsibilities
Support day-to-day guest-facing operations to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
Assist with event planning and coordination, including preparation, logistics, and on-site support
Participate in project-based work related to operations, guest services, or special projects
Learn and work within multiple software platforms to complete assigned tasks and projects
Collaborate with team members across departments to support service standards and operational goals
Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Attend training sessions, Lunch-and-Learns, and financial literacy initiatives to build industry knowledge and professional skills
Participate in intern meetings, group activities, and team-building events throughout the internship
Complete assigned projects or presentations as part of the internship program
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in hospitality, communications, or another related field
Strong interest in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing operations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in culinary operations, retail sales, event planning, and/or project management
Comfortable learning new software systems and working across multiple platforms
Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
