This hybrid position involves managing a caseload of 100+ active immigration matters and providing high-quality legal services to immigrant and refugee clients.

Responsibilities
Independently manage a full immigration caseload, including consultations, legal advice, and full-scope representation
Handle both affirmative (e.g., naturalization, adjustment of status, asylum, family petitions, TPS) and defensive (e.g., removal defense, motions, SIJS predicate orders) matters
Conduct legal research, prepare filings, and maintain accurate case management records
Communicate regularly with clients, staff, and government agencies regarding ongoing cases
Contribute to community education events and legal clinics as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active license to practice law in Oregon or another U.S. state
2+ years of immigration law experience, including direct representation of clients
Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a background check
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required (interpreters available)
