Responsibilities
Design and deploy LLM-driven and agentic AI systems that automate data analysis, insights, and workflows
Build the underlying RAG pipelines, vector databases, and APIs connecting internal data to AI models
Integrate AI safely and at scale - balancing innovation with reliability and governance
Collaborate with product, data, and compliance teams to identify and implement the highest-impact AI use cases
Stay ahead of the curve - evaluate new GenAI and orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.) and shape the roadmap
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Python and software engineering (APIs, microservices, distributed systems)
Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI, embeddings, or RAG implementations
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate)
Cloud and DevOps skills — AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Curiosity, pragmatism, and the ability to move fast in a high-trust, high-impact environment
