Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex installations, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center control systems
Serve as the primary technical advisor on large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
Act as the onsite point of contact for complex technical issues, delivering expert solutions and client recommendations
Train and mentor Field Engineers and Technicians, fostering professional growth and successful project delivery
Conduct quality assurance inspections and contribute to technical reports to drive continuous improvement
Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms, with proficiency in protocols such as Modbus and BACnet
Apply field expertise with Direct Digital Control (DDC) controllers
Preferred: Experience with Tridium Niagara 4 software and controllers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 year of experience in commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting control systems, particularly in data center environments
Strong hands-on skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning in a field-based setting
