Responsibilities

Performs a variety of tasks required to support the after-school program
Assists with the after-school program set up, breakdown, and dismissal
Monitors student activities
Helps maintain a safe and healthy after-school environment
Serves as a positive role model for students
Maintains and prepares files, records, and logs
Supports after-school front desk duties

Required

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, school staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and processes
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures
Proficiency in the use of technology

Preferred

Prior experience mentoring, volunteering, or working with K-12 students
Strong familiarity with futsal
Bilingual in English & Spanish
