Account Executive
Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Leader / Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across Financial Services and Insurance clients in the US and Canadian markets. This role focuses on new logo acquisition, relationship-led selling, and the expansion of enterprise accounts with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through personal network, business development, and strategic prospecting
Sell Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and multi-cloud Salesforce solutions into regulated industries
Own the full sales lifecycle from discovery through close
Expand and grow enterprise accounts through cross-selling Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation
Build and maintain strong relationships within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Identify opportunities to cross-sell adjacent enterprise technology stacks (e.g. SAP, Adobe, AWS)
Operate confidently with senior stakeholders in complex, regulated environments
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales Leader
Strong track record selling Salesforce solutions into Financial Services and/or Insurance
Deep understanding of regulated enterprise environments
Demonstrated success in relationship-led selling and new logo acquisition
Experience working within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across sales, marketing, and delivery teams
Experience selling multi-cloud or enterprise digital transformation solutions
US-based, with experience selling across US and Canada
