Responsibilities
Lead teams that are designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end robotic systems
Enhance systems for optimal performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
Integrate robotic systems into laboratory or industrial environments
Build communication interfaces for seamless interaction with equipment, instruments, and Management Systems
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Design user-friendly interfaces to simplify operation and control of automated systems
Conduct thorough testing to verify system performance, safety, and quality compliance
Analyze performance data and refine systems accordingly
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3-10+ years of experience in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design or robotics
Team Leadership and/or Project Leadership
Enjoy building, creating, designing modular robotic stations (3D printing, CNC, lasers, prototypes, fabrication, design from concept to creation)
Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Understanding of safety standards and best practices related to robotic systems
Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Cobot Experience a big plus
