Sales Operations Specialist

LHH is a leading global hardware manufacturer seeking a Sales Operations Specialist. This role involves supporting customer account operations, managing order fulfillment, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective communication and process consistency.

Responsibilities

Ensure regular and effective communication with customers, sales teams, and internal cross‑functional groups
Provide customer account support by identifying issues, resolving problems, and driving corrective actions
Book customer orders in Oracle ERP, adjust ship dates based on factory planner input, and confirm shipment schedules
Maintain full compliance with SOX, ISO, and company revenue recognition guidelines
Drive quality, accuracy, and process consistency to meet customer service metrics
Manage customer demand, inventory visibility, and supply alignment to support customer schedules
Resolve operational issues—including logistics optimization—to meet customer needs
Validate customer demand inputs and meet with customers to understand trends and inventory consumption
Stay updated on product transitions and customer qualification status
Collaborate with demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and finance to allocate supply
Support operational projects such as ERP/IT changes impacting fulfillment and supply chain processes
Report monthly and quarterly revenue performance and identify risks or opportunities

Required

Experience handling operational challenges in order management, backlog management, scheduling, and customer issue resolution
Prior Sales Operations experience is required
Knowledge of MRP processes and end‑to‑end order fulfillment
Strong understanding of inventory management and shipping processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Oracle ERP experience (nice to have)
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent relevant experience is acceptable
