Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase and refinance transactions
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, buyers, and referral partners
Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to close
Structure competitive loan options while ensuring compliance
Manage and grow your personal pipeline using Ease Mortgage’s technology and operations support
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license (multi-state a plus)
Prior experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Originator
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage your own pipeline and production
