Responsibilities
Monitor investment and investor activity across multiple portfolios and custodian banks, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of trades, cash receipts, and distributions
Develop a deep understanding of portfolio holdings, investment terms, and transaction activity to provide proactive oversight and support
Review daily cash reconciliations and resolve outstanding items with custodians in a timely manner
Oversee third-party service providers responsible for maintaining portfolio accounting records and general ledger activity
Reconcile transactions, valuations, fees, performance calculations, and P&L components between Investran and third-party administrator records on a monthly and quarterly basis
Verify investor capital account balances, NAV allocations, and capital activity for accuracy
Prepare or review monthly and quarterly performance and reporting packages for investment management and clients
Serve as a key point of contact for internal investment teams, investors, custodians, and third-party service providers
Monitor and manage time-sensitive inquiries through the AIS team mailbox, escalating issues as needed
Respond to ad hoc requests and provide daily operational support
Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and board reporting requirements
Assist with product development initiatives, including review of offering documents for new investment vehicles
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency; follow up on service issues through resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in investment accounting or investment operations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Exposure to alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity)
Experience with Investran or similar portfolio accounting systems
