Account Executive
United Contract Flooring is a growing commercial flooring contractor delivering high-quality flooring solutions for various projects across the Pacific Northwest. They are seeking an Account Executive to build and manage their own book of business while leading commercial flooring projects from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities
Generate and grow your own book of business through relationship-driven sales
Build long-term relationships with Govt Agencies, GCs, developers, property managers, and end users
Serve as the primary point of contact for both sales and project execution
Manage commercial flooring projects from pre-construction through completion
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field teams to deliver winning solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience generating and managing your own sales pipeline
Proven ability to bring in new work, not just manage existing accounts
Strong understanding of the commercial construction process
Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills
Ability to balance sales responsibilities with project management execution
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
