The Digital Frontier is a certified woman-owned digital printing company specializing in various print services. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will transition to an Account Manager role, responsible for managing customer inquiries, creating quotations, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers by addressing inquiries
Creating quotations
Entering orders
Managing orders
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Fostering positive client relationships
Supporting efficient communication between clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Satisfaction in a fast-moving environment
Strong Communication skills and the ability to build professional and effective client relationships
Account Management skills or the ability to quickly learn and develop account management expertise
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage customer and project details
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools
A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent results

Experience working in the print industry a big plus
