They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will transition to an Account Manager position, focusing on managing a rich book of business and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers by addressing inquiries
Creating quotations
Entering orders
Managing orders
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Fostering positive client relationships
Supporting efficient communication between clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Experience or skills in Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills and the ability to build professional and effective client relationships
Account Management skills or the ability to learn and develop account management expertise
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage customer and project details
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools is a plus
