Partner with the sales team to onboard new carriers into our system
Request, collect, and verify carrier authorization and compliance documents
Accurately upload and maintain carrier documentation within internal systems
Communicate with carriers and insurance providers via phone and email
Maintain organized records while ensuring compliance and attention to detail
Support internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations
Qualification
Required
1 year of logistics experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
