Responsibilities
Drive technical vision for data center infrastructure solutions, aligning with emerging trends
Lead advanced R&D initiatives and generate intellectual property in critical areas
Act as the company’s prime technical spokesperson with hyperscale operators, enterprise clients, and industry forums
Proactively mentor engineering teams, fostering expertise in mission-critical systems and reliability engineering
Conduct competitive benchmarking and contribute to global standards for data center technologies
Partner with clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet uptime and efficiency goals
Provide technical guidance across engineering, operations, and product management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
20+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 10 years in data center cooling
Recognized industry expert with contributions to major projects, publications, or standards in the data center field
Proven leadership in complex engineering programs and mentoring high-performing teams
Strong understanding of emerging technologies: liquid cooling, energy efficiency, sustainability, and AI-driven optimization
Preferred
Masters degree preferred
