Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Blue Link Wireless is a fast-growing Authorized Retailer of AT&T with more than 200 retail locations nationwide. The Sales Performance & Execution Analyst plays a critical role in translating sales, traffic, and operational data into insights that drive performance across the wireless retail footprint, partnering closely with Sales Leadership to support data-informed decisions that improve revenue and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Analyze sales execution and performance across 200+ retail locations at the store, territory, and regional level using core KPIs (revenue, conversion, traffic, attach rates, churn, promotion effectiveness)
Interpret performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities tied to selling behaviors, products, offers, and field execution
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, launches, and market initiatives, translating results into clear recommendations for improvement
Partner with sales and operations leaders to turn insights into practical action plans that improve execution and results
Leverage existing dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to surface meaningful insights for leaders and field teams
Deliver executive-ready summaries, performance readouts, and ad hoc analyses that support decision-making and prioritization
Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences, including Directors and field leadership
Support consistent, data-driven performance conversations across territories and regions
Monitor data accuracy and consistency across reports, flagging gaps or anomalies that impact decision-making
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve metrics, definitions, and reporting usability from a field execution lens
Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and focus leaders on the KPIs that matter most for sales performance
Stay current on best practices in retail sales analytics and performance measurement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree- Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years in sales performance, retail analytics, or multi-location sales environments, ideally in AT&T wireless retail, telecom, or high-volume multi-unit retail
Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into sales execution and operational improvements
Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Power BI or similar) with familiarity using Python, POS, CRM, and workforce management systems
