Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of HR and HR team
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
Coordinate new hire documentation, background checks, and I-9 verification
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Assist with payroll coordination and data audits as needed
Help track compliance requirements, policies, and HR documentation
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related trainings
Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar HR administrative role
Proven ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a new environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience supporting senior HR leadership (Director level or above)
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
Familiarity with remote or distributed teams
Exposure to benefits administration, payroll coordination, or compliance support
