Responsibilities
Architect and design conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow (CX/ES) including intents, entities, flows, contexts, routing, and fallback strategies
Develop and maintain Node.js webhook/fulfillment services to execute business logic and integrate external systems (CRM, ticketing, order status, knowledge base, etc.)
Define best practices for bot architecture: conversation state management, slot filling, error handling, and human handoff
Integrate bots across channels such as web chat, mobile, and/or voice/telephony platforms as required
Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for bot and backend services; ensure operational readiness
Ensure security and compliance standards (authentication/authorization, secrets management, PII handling)
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical designs, and guide implementation
Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and production releases; troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
Qualification
Required
Experience in architecting and designing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow (CX/ES)
Proficiency in developing and maintaining Node.js webhook/fulfillment services
Ability to define best practices for bot architecture including conversation state management, slot filling, error handling, and human handoff
Experience in integrating bots across channels such as web chat, mobile, and/or voice/telephony platforms
Knowledge of implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for bot and backend services
