Media Manager

Hot Dish Advertising is seeking a Media Manager to develop and execute innovative, multi-channel paid media strategies that drive measurable results for clients. Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for paid media, owning onboarding, campaign setup, buying, and reporting across platforms
Develop and execute campaign activation, optimization and reporting (search, social, display, programmatic) to achieve client performance goals
Proactively identify testing and learning opportunities that unlock new capabilities and strengthen campaign results
Monitor, manage, and optimize campaigns against KPIs across platforms, CRM, and budgets
Provide actionable insights, data-driven recommendations, and creative solutions to maximize ROI
Ensure continuous optimization through refreshed creative, targeting refinements, and platform innovations
Partner closely with account team members to deliver integrated solutions and responsive service
Support Media Leads in client audits, planning, and performance reviews by providing insight and analysis
Address client concerns with proactive communication and performance-driven recommendations
Deliver accurate, detailed monthly and ad-hoc reporting that connects media results to client business objectives
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and actionable strategies for clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate project tracking and task completion within the agency’s project management system
Take ownership of miscellaneous projects that support agency and client success
Embrace a forward-thinking, AI-partnered approach to agency operations, seeking opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive creativity through the thoughtful application of AI tools and technologies
Stay informed on emerging AI platforms relevant to advertising, marketing, media, and agency services; recommend and test solutions that align with business goals
Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging team members to responsibly adopt and adapt AI tools to elevate their work—while maintaining creative integrity and strategic thinking
Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, including transparency, data privacy, and alignment with agency values
Participate fully and proactively bring issues to Department L10 meetings with recommendations to improve processes with a creative approach

Drive collaboration and accountability across internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery

Required

4-year college degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related experience and/or equivalent workplace experience
2+ years' experience running paid digital media programs (search, social and display) with a proven track record of success driving strong direct response through lead generation campaigns for B2B, B2C, and B2E
Strong understanding of industry leading platforms, e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studios (previously Google Data Studio), Bing, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Programmatic DSPs, etc
Understanding of conversion setup, pixels and tags with Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation abilities
Proficient in using the Microsoft product suite, including Excel

Preferred

Previous experience working within an agency or on a marketing team is preferred
