Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for automation into systems, applications, and processes to align Cloud with on-prem standards and strategies
Utilize Ansible Tower for centralized management, logging, role-based access control, and workflow automation
Ensure Ansible-based automation solutions meet end-user needs and are seamlessly integrated
Monitor automation processes, ensuring their reliability and efficiency
Document all automation workflows, including playbook creation and maintenance procedures
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues in the infrastructure related to automation

Required

Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment
Experience in implementing and maintaining automation tools, especially Ansible

Strong knowledge of software development practices (code management, Agile tools, automated testing)
General/broad knowledge of cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
Knowledge of cloud hosting environments, product development, scripting, and automation
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position
Adept in oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well-received
Exceptional investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of operating systems and applications
Knowledge of cybersecurity issues and preventative methods
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software
Ability to research, collect, and analyze network performance
