Lead and develop Claims Trainers & QA Auditors (3–4 direct reports)
Oversee onboarding, training, and performance improvement
Ensure consistency in claims processes and quality standards
Partner with leadership to elevate training and QA programs
Qualification
Required
3+ years in call center training or supervision
Deep knowledge of claims adjudication and QA
Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skill
Preferred
