Responsibilities
Translate high-level mission needs (ECDs, SOCs, CONOPS, etc.) into clear, testable technical requirements
Drive the development and traceability of program requirements using advanced tools (DOORS NG, JIRA, Tableau)
Integrate systems and services using the Joint Architecture Reference Model (JARM) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Conduct duplication and gap analyses that inform investment decisions and capability development
Lead cross-functional engagement with NGA stakeholders, acquisition offices, and technical boards
Support or lead agile workflows, from user story development to scrum participation
Guide junior and mid-level engineers in requirements engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in requirements engineering or a related systems engineering field
Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and NGA's mission
Expertise in traceability tools and MBSE environments
Comfortable interfacing with technical and executive stakeholders
Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Master's preferred)
Prior experience with NGA, NSG/ASG, IC or DoD programs highly desirable
