Responsibilities
Support human evaluation workstreams by collecting and organizing AI-produced presentations and slide edits across various industry sectors
Configure testing environments on multiple AI tools following detailed instructions from the product team
Execute structured evaluation runs, capturing outputs such as images, slides, decks, and text with precision
Organize and manage outputs within cloud storage platforms like OneDrive and SharePoint for easy access and traceability
Track progress against run lists, ensure comprehensive coverage of scenarios, and report issues proactively to the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years of experience in a technical operations, research, or production support role, preferably in software, AI, or digital content environments
Experience with a variety of AI tools and a good understanding of AI industry trends and updates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive and SharePoint, along with basic file management skills
