Responsibilities

Build and ship solutions end-to-end (prototype → production) independently
Translate business needs into clear requirements, architecture, and working software
Develop customer-facing apps, internal tools, and integrations with client systems
Use AI agents/agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes
Drive your work through delivery: milestones, risks, dependencies, and clear updates
Lead client working sessions when needed and communicate decisions/tradeoffs cleanly

Required

Onsite only at SparkHaus in Covington, KY (no remote work)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Occasional travel for key client workshops/go-lives
Broad full-stack capability and strong practical architecture instincts
Comfort with integrations, data flows, security basics, and scalable patterns
Fluent with AI-assisted development workflows and good engineering judgment
You ship reliably: clean code, maintainable patterns, sensible tests
Strong communicator (written + verbal), exec-ready and no jargon fog
Able to run focused discovery and quickly clarify the real problem
Understands ROI, adoption, risk, and what it takes to make solutions stick
Comfortable facilitating sessions and driving alignment to decisions
High agency, high ownership, low ego
Direct, kind, collaborative, and fun to work with
Strong opinions, loosely held - tech changes constantly and you adapt
