Responsibilities
Lead the management and execution of multiple programs from concept to customer delivery
Drive innovation and design improvements in manufacturing processes
Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure program alignment and requirements capture
Define role responsibilities based on candidate strengths and talent availability
Support program planning, risk management, and schedule tracking
Contribute to hiring and building a robust program management team
Assist in vendor and partner coordination as required
Qualification
Required
5–10 years' experience in program management, NPI, or technical project leadership
Experience in technology-driven industries such as semiconductors, storage, solar, batteries, space, or defense
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts
Comfortable working across multiple technical teams and integrating solutions
Experience engaging with customers is a plus
Flexible and adaptable mindset to define the role and grow with the business
