Must Have: Consent & data sharing flows
Must Have: Mandatory data masking, logging compliance, secure coding practices
Must Have: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AKS
Must Have: NGINX ingress controller, Azure API Management
Must Have: Kafka (producer/consumer, schema registry)
Must Have: AI tools for development, testing, and code review
Must Have: Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), functional automation testing
