Responsibilities

Own and expand strategic relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and global content platforms
Develop and execute long-term account plans aligned with customer roadmaps and company objectives
Identify and close opportunities across fiber, IP transit, wavelength, and data center interconnect services
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Network Planning to build scalable, cost-effective solutions
Lead complex commercial discussions and long-term contract negotiations
Understand customer architectures, business models, and global infrastructure requirements to anticipate demand
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to position the company as a trusted strategic advisor
Monitor market trends and competitive shifts to support go-to-market planning
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

Required

Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical solutions to customer outcomes

Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements and industry events
Minimum of 5 years in enterprise or carrier sales, preferably with hyperscaler, cloud, OTT, or major content customers
Experience using Salesforce CRM and managing large, complex opportunity pipelines
