Required
Coursework or training in data analysis, statistics, or research methods
Experience with nonprofit, government, or human services organizations
Familiarity with data visualization concepts or tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel charts)
Experience with databases or data management systems
Understanding of program evaluation or performance measurement concepts
Interest in social services, community programs, or public sector work
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic functions, charts/graphs)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others
