Responsibilities
Manage and deliver electrical engineering projects of varying size and complexity
Design electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, life safety, fire alarm, UPS, grounding, ICAT systems)
Prepare concept designs, load calculations, specifications, and reports
Lead and mentor project teams to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal disciplines
Provide design-phase and construction support, including site visits and shop drawing reviews
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration essential
5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with excellent client-facing communication skills
Preferred
LEED accreditation and project management credentials are assets
