Territory Manager

Southeast Handling Systems (SHS) is seeking a driven, results-oriented Territory Manager to manage and grow sales within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for initiating, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships while driving revenue and delivering value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory
Develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
Sell material handling and industrial equipment solutions
Identify customer needs and deliver consultative, value-based solutions
Work closely with service, parts, and rental teams to support customer success
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting information

Qualification

Required

Experience in outside B2B sales, preferably within material handling, forklift, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment environments
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
Strong territory management, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
High-energy, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
