Responsibilities
Door-to-Door Canvassing: Visit homes within your assigned neighborhoods to introduce Leaf Home’s services, answer questions, and generate interest in our products
Engage Homeowners: Have meaningful conversations with homeowners to understand their needs and explain how Leaf Home can improve their homes with high-quality products like gutter protection and other home solutions
Schedule Free Estimates: Set appointments for homeowners to receive a free estimate for our services, which will be handed off to the sales team for follow-up
Track and Report Activity: Accurately document interactions, including homeowner information and scheduled appointments, in a provided CRM or tracking system
Meet or Exceed Targets: Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to the number of appointments set and leads generated
Maintain Professionalism: Represent Leaf Home with a positive attitude and professionalism while providing excellent customer service to all homeowners you interact with
Qualification
Required
Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining services clearly and persuasively
Goal-Oriented: Ability to stay motivated, work independently, and meet performance targets
Self-Starter: Must be proactive, organized, and able to handle a flexible schedule with minimal supervision
Reliability: Must be dependable and show up for scheduled shifts on time
Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
Preferred
Previous Experience (Preferred but not required): Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus but not necessary—training will be provided
