The Program Coordinator will compile information for new and existing cases in the Title IV-D Child Support Program, link constituencies to appropriate local county programs, and assist in resolving problems for program participants.

Responsibilities
Compile information relative to the assigned program area
Coordinate correspondence for information requests
Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program
Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services
Maintain and organize program assets
Prepare all program related training materials
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of the program area
Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its affects upon other agency operations
Ability to gather and compile program materials
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process
Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
