2+ years expEPITEC is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and work within and between departments according to production schedules. This role involves providing first-level help desk support for North America air freight and ensuring that production facilities have the necessary parts to maintain operations.

Responsibilities
Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules
Monitor documents, materials, and products for accuracy and compliance
Determine personnel and material requirements and prioritize materials
Record production data (volume, raw material usage, quality metrics)
Maintain inventories of materials and supplies
Act as the first line of support for international inbound/outbound air shipments
Track & trace requests, escalation management, and network support
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of related experience (internships accepted)
High school diploma required; 2-year degree required (Bachelor's accepted)
Backgrounds in air freight, transportation analysis, brokers/forwarders welcome
Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams proficiency
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to present in small meetings (7 or fewer people)
Organization, dependability, teamwork, flexibility
Preferred
Experience with online tracking systems, Infor Nexus, Blue Yonder
Problem-solving and self-motivation
