Supervise payroll processes and coordinate with external providers
Lead and support a small finance team

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership roles
Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite required; procurement systems preferred)
Background in manufacturing or contract accounting is a plus
