Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month AI delivery roadmap aligned with:
Lines of Business (LOBs)
Operations
Enterprise transformation objectives
Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven frameworks
Balance technical debt, platform investments, and high-ROI features
Manage 7-figure AI program budgets, including:
Cloud infrastructure (GPU/TPU costs)
Third-party AI platforms
Vendors and human capital
Perform Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) for AI initiatives
Track and report ROI metrics such as:
Cost savings
Revenue uplift
Productivity gains
Oversee validation and lifecycle management of:
Generative AI solutions
Predictive models
Ensure models are reliable, ethical, compliant, and production-ready
Track Model Velocity: time from validated POC to production deployment
Provide regular portfolio health updates to C-suite stakeholders
Communicate risks, timelines, financials, and value realization
Translate complex AI metrics into business-relevant insights
Act as an AI evangelist across business units
Drive adoption through training, enablement, and change management
Interpret AI performance dashboards and recommend product pivots
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing large-scale technical or AI programs
Strong background in AI/ML product delivery
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
Expertise in KPI definition, tracking, and reporting
