Responsibilities
Strategic oversight and leadership to community sales teams
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
Partner with Executive Directors and on-site sales teams to identify lead-generation opportunities
Deliver sales training, coaching, and performance development for sales teams
Manage and optimize CRM platform usage (Aline experience preferred)
Analyze and interpret data to drive decisions and improve performance
Collaborate with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and marketing team members
Qualification
Required
8+ years of successful sales experience, including senior living, skilled nursing, or age-restricted housing is required
Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field + Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Demonstrated success developing strategic sales plans and meeting/exceeding occupancy targets
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM platforms
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and positively with all levels of the organization
