Support 5 supervisors and 136 FTEs

Qualification

Required

LCSW, LPC, LMFT or higher licensure

Experience with community behavioral health

Advanced degree (masters and above) in behavioral science

Licensure in a pertinent field

Experience supervising employees and clinical programs

Experience in publicly-funded mental health treatment

Utilization management in a managed care environment including evidenced based practice implementation

Experience promoting cultural awareness and diversity

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong commitment to an environment of transparency and feedback

Expertise in training, mentoring and evaluating clinical staff

Ability to work collaboratively with the Executive Team

Budget management and resource allocation experience

Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records, Microsoft programs and spreadsheets
