Program Coordinator – Knowledge Intelligence Partner
PRI Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Knowledge Intelligence Partner to support their AI-driven HR knowledge management initiatives. In this role, you will help organize, maintain, and optimize HR documentation and resources, leveraging AI tools to improve content tagging, search, and knowledge accessibility.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain knowledge repositories and documentation
Support content audits, updates, and ensure information accuracy and relevance
Create templates, guides, and process documentation
Assist in migrating and structuring content across platforms
Tag and categorize content according to taxonomy and metadata standards
Generate usage reports and identify gaps in knowledge resources
Respond to knowledge requests and assist employees in locating HR resources
Coordinate and track knowledge management projects from start to finish
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Manage cross-functional workflows for content review and approvals
Track action items and follow up with contributors to meet deadlines
Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in knowledge management, content management, or documentation
Comfort with learning new knowledge management, AI, and collaboration tools
Commitment to ethical AI practices in HR content management
Familiarity with HR processes and terminology
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace
