Responsibilities
Assist with all furnace-related tasks to support safe, timely, and productive operations
Work in an industrial environment with extreme temperatures while wearing PPE
Communicate clearly with teammates to maintain a smooth shift
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing experience and a strong safety mindset
High School Diploma or GED
Motivated, ethical, goal-oriented, and challenge-driven approach
Comfort working in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility for overtime and rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation
Excellent communication skills; basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Excel
Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
Use sight to examine, observe surrounding traffic, and determine employee locations
Judge distance accurately and distinguish colors
Use touch and smell to identify equipment issues; speak and understand speech clearly
Hear safety alarms reliably
Work in tight/confined spaces and in extreme heat near furnaces
Climb ladders, maintain balance, and work at heights for extended periods
Frequent walking, standing, reaching, crouching, sitting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and torso rotation
Benefits
